Because of this, an existing customer may need a new Maine Oxy account when opening another location, adding a facility, or setting up a new jobsite.

I'm New to Maine Oxy and Need an Account
If your company does not currently have a Maine Oxy customer account, complete the Account Application.
A complete application gives our team the information needed to properly establish your company and account in our system.
This includes the information associated with your business, billing, shipping location, contacts, and other account details requested on the application.
Please complete the entire application whenever a new Maine Oxy account is being requested.
I'm already a Maine Oxy customer, but I have a New Location or Jobsite
If your company already has a Maine Oxy account but needs an account for a new location, facility, shipping address, or jobsite, complete the Account Application.
Maine Oxy accounts are typically defined by shipping address. That means one company may have multiple Maine Oxy accounts associated with different locations or jobsites.
You may need a new account if your company:
- Opens another branch or facility.
- Adds a new shipping location.
- Starts a project at a new jobsite.
- Needs orders and deliveries associated with a separate location.
- Needs a new Maine Oxy account number established for another address.
Even if your company already does business with Maine Oxy, please submit a complete Account Application whenever a new account needs to be established.
Why Does a New Location Need a New Account?
Maine Oxy accounts are typically established around the shipping address associated with the account.
For customers operating multiple branches, facilities, construction sites, or other locations, separate accounts help keep activity associated with the correct location.
This can include:
- Orders.
- Deliveries.
- Shipping information.
- Location-specific contacts.
- Billing and account information.
- Other activity associated with that location.
A company can be an existing Maine Oxy customer and still need to complete a Account Application for another location or jobsite.
I Already Have a Maine Oxy Account and Just Need Online Access
If your Maine Oxy customer account is already established and you simply want to access it through shop.maineoxy.com, complete the Online Registration form.
Online Registration is used to connect your online login with an existing Maine Oxy customer account.
Online Registration does not create a new Maine Oxy customer account.
Use Online Registration when:
- Your Maine Oxy account already exists.
- You already have a Maine Oxy customer account number.
- You do not need another location or jobsite account created.
- You only need access to your existing account through shop.maineoxy.com.
What Does Online Registration Do?
Online Registration provides website access to a Maine Oxy customer account that has already been established.
It does not create a new customer account, new location account, or new jobsite account.
If you need a new Maine Oxy account number for another location or shipping address, use the Account Application instead.
Why Do We Require a Complete Account Application?
Whenever Maine Oxy establishes a new customer account, we want a complete and current account application on file for that account. This applies whether you are a brand-new customer or an existing customer adding another location, shipping address, or jobsite.
A complete application helps our team establish the account accurately and reduces the need to follow up for missing information.
If a new Maine Oxy account is being created, submit a complete Account Application.
