Creating a Quick List
With a Quick List, you can save time, stay organized, and streamline your ordering process. Whether you’re adding a few items or hundreds at once, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know.
Adding Items to Your Quick List
Creating your Quick List starts with adding products you order regularly. Here’s how:
1. Browse or Search Products – Use the search bar or navigate categories to find the item you want.
2. Click + Add to Quick List – Located below the add to cart button.

3. Select 'New List' On the Pop-Up – Choose Your Settings.
Type: Personal – Visible to your user account only.
Type: Shared – Visible to all users on the account.

4. Click 'Save to Quick List' & Repeat as Needed – Continue adding items to build your Quick List over time.
Once items are in your Quick List, you can access them from your account dashboard for faster ordering without searching every time.
Creating Groups in Your Quick List
Organizing your items into groups makes your Quick List even more powerful. You can create groups by type, department, project, brand, or any system that works for you.
To create a group:
1. Open Your Quick List – Navigate to your Quick List from your account menu.
2. Click “+ New Group” – Give your group a clear, descriptive name and click the ✓.
2a. Add More Groups – Click the 'edit' slider to add more groups.
3. Select Items You Want to Add – Select the checkbox next to your item and then go to 'Actions' at the top of your quick list, select your group, and click '+ Add'. And save your group.
Your items are now organized and easy to access.
Groups allow you to quickly select all items in a set, which is especially useful for recurring orders.
Bulk Upload via File Import
If you regularly order large quantities or sets of items, you can upload multiple items at once using a file import. This saves time and reduces errors.
Steps for bulk import:
1. Prepare Your File – Download this .csv template and stick to the import requirements below.
2. Open Quick List and Select the “File Import” Button.

3. Upload Your File – Choose your prepared CSV file and click Upload.
4. Save – All uploaded items will now appear in your Quick List, ready to order and be organized into groups.
Import Requirements:
- The first row must contain the header SKU
- One product code per row
- Max allowed file size 1M
- Max of 75 line items
