Description

The Weldmark® by Tweco® 14T Series Standard Duty Tapered Contact Tip accommodates 0.045" (1.2mm) wire and is perfect for use with 200 - 400 A Tweco® No.2, No.3, No.4 MIG gun as well as specific MIG gun series. This contact tip with excellent electrical properties is ideal for use in standard-duty welding applications up to 400 A. It features a part number and wire diameter for easy identification. 1 1/2" Contact tip with 1/4"-28 UNF-2A thread size has 0.054" nominal ID and 1/4" OD. The contact tip is made from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy and machined from a copper alloy tubing to offer a consistent as well as smooth surface on inside diameter with +/-0.003" tolerance. It has a threaded style that ensures proper contact with the gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. (25 / pack)
